Demuths Cookery School Holiday

Join us for a luxury food-filled week of cooking in Le Somail, Saint-Nazaire-d'Aude in the south of France.

Every day we will cook together and create delicious Mediterranean dishes using beautiful local, fresh, seasonal produce. We will visit local markets, suppliers and vineyards.

There will also be time to relax, enjoy the heated swimming pool, explore the local area, take a bike ride along the canal and head to the beach.

Helen and Matt will lead the cookery sessions throughout the week and, together with Georgia, will show you around, look after you and enjoy the week with you.

We will be staying in a beautiful, newly renovated traditional French country home. Every room is ensuite and can be either a double or two singles.

The holiday will run from Sunday to Saturday with 5 days of cooking and activities.

Please note we will require a minimum of 6 guests to run the holiday.

Everything you make will be vegan.

We appreciate the continuing uncertainty around COVID-19 but hope to run the course in September 2022. Please register your interest and we can keep you updated.
