Melusine Foodie Holiday

Join Helen at her new cookery school in the south of France for a luxury food-filled week of cooking.

Every day we will cook together and create delicious Mediterranean dishes using beautiful local, fresh, seasonal produce. We will visit local markets, meet with suppliers and spend an afternoon touring a vineyard and wine tasting. It really is the perfect week for foodies.

There will also be time to relax, enjoy the swimming pool, explore the local area, take a bike ride along the canal and head to the beach.

Itinerary

Each day will be a mixture of group cooking sessions, excursions, and leisure time.

In addition to cooking and eating lots of delicious plant-based Mediterranean food, over the course of the week, we will:

  • Visit a local olive press with olive oil tasting
  • Have a session with a local chef
  • Go fruit & vegetable picking at local growers
  • Visit a biodynamic vineyard followed by a wine tasting session
  • Enjoy dinner at a restaurant in Minerve, a medieval hilltop village

Please note, excursions and activities may vary depending on availability and on the weather.
