Vegan Festive Christmas
Course Details
Join us for a day of festive cooking, packed with ideas to take the stress out of Christmas. We will cook a selection of scrumptious dishes perfect for a plant-based Christmas.
Every year we come up with a completely new plant-based menu, with new ideas to spice up your festive cooking. For everyone who has joined us on a previous Christmas course, it will be a brand new menu.
You will make a stunning centre piece for the main meal with all the trimmings, a starter and dessert.
Expect to make dishes such as:
- 'Cheesy' Parsnip Croquettes
- Beetroot Mushroom Wellington
- Stuffed Red Cabbage
- Plus all the trimmings including the perfect Roast Potato and Stir-Fried Sprouts
- Christmas Boozy Tiramisu
The day will include making dishes that can be cooked ahead, freezing guides and tips for how to save time in the kitchen.
The day will involve lots of hands on cooking as well as demonstrations and knife skills.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes on Christmas Day.
