Course Details
Thai and Vietnamese food gets your taste buds tingling. Join us for this day class and learn how to create distinctive flavours
We will use ingredients including coriander, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, garlic, tamarind and chillies to create a range of delicious dishes such as:
- Pad Thai or Tom Yam soup with fiery hot Nam Prik
- Thai curry pastes for rich creamy red curries
- Green Papaya Salad
- Banh Xeo Vietnamese pancakes
- Vietnamese Hue Rolls
- Sticky Black Rice pudding
For each course we choose the recipes that fit the season, depending on time of year and the availability and seasonality of produce.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack and glossary of ingredients so you can recreate the dishes at home.
