Pasta Evening Workshop - Intermediate
Course Details
With a focus on creating various filled pasta shapes, pasta ripiena, this is our more advanced pasta course that follows on from our beginners evening.
Students attending should already be familiar with making pasta dough, confidently be able to use a pasta machine and make basic shapes.
On this course we will use piping bags to create different filled pasta shapes including:
- Tortellini and Cappelletti
- Agnolotti
- Scarpinocc and Caramelle
- Casoncelli
A range of delicious fillings will be pre-prepared so you can focus on perfecting the shaping.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
