Queen of all things fermented, Lucie at Bath Culture House, is our go-to fermentation expert. You'll find her kimchi, kombucha and fermented vegan cheese in cafes and shops around Bath and Bristol.

Relish Vegan
Former Demuths tutor Amy is the talent behind Relish Vegan. Based in Bath, she makes the most stunning celebration cakes, fully vegan and totally delicious.

Eat Pictures a.k.a Rob is our go-to photographer and foodie filmmaker who we have had the pleasure of working with for years. Credit goes to Rob for many of the photographs you see on our website.
Janifa's Kitchen
Together with Rachel Demuth, Jan helped start Demuths Cookery School all the way back in 2001. After 20 years of teaching people to cook, you can now try Jan's wonderful food at Bath Farmers Market, every Saturday at Green Park Station.
Green Rocket Cafe
Founded by former Demuths Restaurant chef, Phil, in 2013, Green Rocket is a great vegan spot just across the road from us. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and plenty of gluten free options too.
Natural Cookery School
A former San Franciscan restauranteur, the incredibly talented Erin runs cookery classes in Nailsworth, near Stroud, and we have previously had the pleasure of her teaching here with us. Always busy, Erin also does catering and a weekly takeaway from her local pub.
Holy
A brand new fully plant based meal subscription service, we worked with Holy on the recipe development.
Harvest & Essential
Harvest, the whole food shop of Bath since 1971, and Essential, the wholesale arm of the cooperative, are one of our fabulous suppliers, specialising in sustainably sourced organic ingredients.
