Elderberry Sorbet

Elderberry Sorbet
Serves: 4
Dietary: Vegan, Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 500ml elderberry syrup
- 110ml apple juice
Method
- Mix together the elderberry syrup and apple juice.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until thick.
- Freeze the sorbet for at least 1 hour until set.
