We often share pictures and course recaps from our day and weekend courses, but it's time to give our evening courses some attention. Last week we had Monica Shaw at our Indian Street Food Evening Workshop and she took some great pictures of the scene, both the food and the people.
The night scene at Demuths is totally different from our other courses. Most people have just come after work so they're especially eager to unwind. It's a short course - just about three hours long - so there's much to do but the vibe still remains totally relaxed (we've learned the art of not biting off more than we can chew - literally and figuratively!). The most rewarding part comes when we share what we've cooked over a candlelit dinner with organic wine and lots of conversation. New friends are made. Stories are shared. Wine is poured. Plates are passed. It's really a beautiful thing.
If you would like to get a taste of Demuths at night, check out our upcoming Evening Classes.
