The Demuths Vegan Diploma Level 3 course is specially designed for chefs and non-professionals alike who wish to advance their technical cooking knowledge and extend their skills.
We cover all aspects of modern vegan cooking offering our specialized in-depth knowledge of world cuisines. We will cover modern techniques such as macerating, pickling and fermenting. We will work with novel vegan methods, such as aqua faba and 'cheese' making. Learn how to get the most flavour from seasonal vegetables. Create complex spice flavours with tempering and infusing. We will focus on modern restaurant style presentation skills and make desserts using piping skills and sugar craft.
Suitable for those who are confident cooks with a good understanding of basic cooking techniques. This course is an excellent extension of our Level 1 and Level 2 courses and can also be taken as a stand alone course.
