This fun, hands on evening class will show you how to create your own pies from start to finish.
Ideal for a comforting winter evening meal or great for a relaxing Sunday lunch.
We will guide you through the process of quick and easy shortcrust pastry making, and how to shape and decorate your pies.
You can choose to fill your pie from a variety of fillings such as:
- Roasted Squash, Spinach, Butterbean and Cumin
- Leek, Potato and Parsley
- Sweet Potato, Lentil, Chilli and Coriander
- Mushroom, Chestnut and Ale
and serve the pies with:
- Cavolo Nero with Sesame
- Celeriac Mash
- Caramelised Shallot Gravy
The evening class is a mixture of hands on and demonstration and will finish with the delicious meal you will have prepared.
You will receive a pack of recipes and ideas so that you can master the art of pie making at home!
We start at 6pm on this course so that there is plenty of time to make and bake the pies.
