Course Details
Whether you call it Sunday Lunch, Sunday Roast or Sunday Dinner, spend a day learning how to make the ultimate plant-based feast.
This course will show you that a vegan Sunday Lunch does not need to compromise on any aspect, even the Yorkie.
We will make a delicious nut roast as the main element – it is a classic, but trust us, it needn’t be boring or time-consuming.
We will serve this with:
- Perfect Crispy Roast Potatoes
- Herby Carrots and Squash
- Cauliflower Che*se with Leeks
- Our vegan Yorkshire Pudding
- Seasonal Greens
- Rich Shallot Gravy
The course is a combination of demonstration and hands on participation.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
