Course Details
This class celebrates the wonderful phenomenon that is ‘brunch’. There's nothing quite like luxuriating in a long brunch at the weekend. Learn recipes perfect for sharing with friends (or just enjoyed on the sofa in your pjs).
Freshly made, warm, sweet cinnamon buns are guaranteed to feature on this half day course because who doesn't love a cinnamon bun!?

- Maple Coconut Granola with Yoghurt and Berries
- Sweet Potato Pancakes, Refried Beans with Avocado Mash
- Potato Rosti, Stuffed Field Mushroom, Scrambled Tofu and Boston Baked Beans
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations, knife skills and hands-on cookery, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer your cooking questions.
The chefs will give tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of foodie conversation, tasting and brunch. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack so you can replicate the dishes at home.
