Kalpna Woolf will be sharing her knowledge on spices, their health properties and how to use them. She will show you a simple and healthy way of eating by using the power of spices to enjoy tasty food and to maintain good health.
In this class we will learn to cook delicious and healthy dishes using the health and flavourful power of spices.

The evening will be a mixture of demonstration and some hands on cooking with lots of tips, questions, answers and tasting.
We will finish with a supper of all the food we have made. You will leave with a comprehensive pack of recipes so that you can recreate the recipes at home.
