Make your own Gyoza
Course Details
Learn how to make perfectly crimped gyoza as part of our Make your own... collection.
On this evening course we will inform you on the best type of wrappers use and show you 3 different delicious gyoza fillings. You will then spend time perfecting the shaping and trying different cooking styles of your gyoza. We will serve up umami dipping sauces to go with them.
Recipes we may make on this course include:
- Yaki Gyoza with Shiitake Mushroom, Ginger and Garlic (pan-fried potstickers)
- Sui Gyoza with Tofu, Miso, and Spring Onion (boiled)
- Age Gyoza with Chinese Leaf, Beansprouts (deep-fried)
The evening is a combination of demonstration and hands on participation.
We will finish with meal of all the dishes we have made and you will go home with a comprehensive set of recipes.
