Our Christmas Cookery day is perfect for anyone who wants to make special vegetarian dishes and crowd pleasing creations for celebrating with friends and family.
Each Christmas, we come up with a completely new menu.
We will cook a selection of savoury nibbles, appetisers, main dishes and puddings, which you can mix and match to cover the variety of meals over the festive days.
Expect to make dishes such as:
- Roasted Beetroot Cream Cheese Hazelnut Tartlets
- Sweet Potato Chestnut and Sesame Balls with Cranberry Relish
- Parsnip Fritters with Winter Slaw and yoghurt and dill sauce
- Festive Filo Rotolo with roasted heritage carrots
- Carrot, Parsnip and Cashew Terrine
- Chocolate Almond Torte with brandy Chantilly cream
We will help you to plan and create the perfect main course with delicious side dishes as well as canapés, rich puddings and sweet treats.
The day will include making dishes that can be cooked ahead, freezing guides and tips for how to save time in the kitchen.
The day will involve lots of hands on cooking as well as demonstrations and knife skills.
There will be several breaks for tasting and we will finish the day with a pre-Christmas meal that we have made during the day.
The day will end at by 4.30pm, leaving you plenty of time to experience the delights of the famous Bath Christmas Market.
At the end of the day you will be given a pack of recipes to take home so that you can create the perfect stress free Christmas.
