We will be cooking with the best seasonal vegetables, and pack the day with our most delicious recipes, you will feel great, without feeling like you are giving up on anything!
The course will be based on plant based healthy eating, cooking without eggs or dairy, with no refined sugars, no wheat and showing you plenty of gluten-free options.
We will show you how to use sugar alternatives, using whole fruits, coconut sugars, maple syrup, agave and fruit sweeteners.
You will learn how to make delicious meals that combine ingredients to keep your blood sugars level and stop cravings and what are the healthy fats and the best cooking methods with each fat.
Learn how to look after your digestion, showing you healthy fermentation, with saurcraut, sourdough, tempeh, kefir and fermented nut based ‘cheese’.
We will take our inspiration from around the world and show you how to use ingredients like tofu, tempeh, miso, pulses, grains and plenty of herbs and spices.
We will cook with the best ingredients for all your essential vitamins and minerals and show you tasty ways to bring more raw foods into your diet.
We will create dishes such as:

Each day will be a mixture of demonstration and lots of hands on cookery.
