This is one of our most popular courses but with added spice. The dishes will fast, easy to make and use the best of what's in season.
On our Fast and Delicious - Spicy class we will make dishes which take around thirty minutes to prepare and cook, saving you time and effort in the kitchen.
The dishes themselves will depend on what's seasonally available, but expect recipes such as
- Pad Thai
- Jackfruit Noodle Salad
- Mapo Dou Fou
- Vietnamese Squash Curry
The course involves a mixture of demonstration and hands on cookery in small groups, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your cooking questions.
You will learn knife skills and techniques which will save time and improve your kitchen skills and cook a variety of delicious, quick dishes. Dishes and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season.
We will share lunch with everything we have made at the end of the workshop.
You will receive a recipe file at the end of the day so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
