Come and learn how to roll perfect sushi and make quick flavoursome Japanese dishes.
We will teach you how to make perfect Sushi along with other easy Japanese dishes. You'll learn all about Japanese ingredients such as miso, soya sauce, seaweed and sushi rice. You'll also make Japanese dishes such as:
- Simple Sushi – with a variety of colourful fillings
- Gyoza Dumplings – filled with spinach, mushrooms and water chestnuts
- Miso Soup – with tofu, seaweed and spring onions
- Goma Ae – green vegetables with a traditional Japanese sesame sauce and buckwheat noodles
- Katsu Curry – with Aubergine, Sweet potato and Squash and Katsu curry sauce
- Japanese Pickles
We will cook and eat throughout the day and finish with a late lunch with Japanese tea, organic wines and juices.
