Course Details
Demuths Vegan Diploma Level 3.2 was created in response to our Level 3 students wanting to come back and learn more. It is no more technically advanced than the Level 3 course, simply another week of beautiful food created using the best of what is in season, and using advanced cooking techniques. It is also perfect for yacht chefs looking to learn more about vegan cooking.
Our Level 3 and Level 3.2 course follow a similar structure. You do not have to complete Level 3 to attend Level 3.2.
On this 5 day course you will create restaurant-standard plates of food. The menu is exclusive to this course and different to what we cover in Level 3.
Times: Monday-Friday 9.30am - 5pm
