Our series of Fermentation classes show you how to ferment at home, and this class is designed to be the inspiration for what to do next.

Course Details

Fermented foods are thought to benefit your immune system, aid digestion and offer a greater sense of well-being. They all have the benefit of bringing flavour without having to add anything else. On this course we will show you different ways to incorporate them into your diet. Including kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh and fermented batters and cashew cheeses.

On this class we will make dishes such as: 

  • Kimchi pancakes with kefir pickled vegetables
  • Miso soupwith kombucha marinated tofu
  • Polish Sauerkraut and Potato Dumplings
  • Socca crepes with Pan fried Mushrooms and fermented cashew cheese sauce
  • Marinated chipotle tempeh brochettes
  • Coffee Kombucha tiramisu

The course is a combination of demonstration and hands on participation.

We will finish with meal of all the dishes we have made and you will go home with a comprehensive set of recipes.
