Asparagus is one of our favourite seasonal ingredients. The season officially lasts just 8 weeks, from 23rdApril until Midsummers Day in June.

Course Details

Join us on this evening course to make the most of the short season.

We will learn how best to prepare and cook asparagus in different ways and make quick dishes such as:

  • Fatayer Pastries with Asparagus and Broad Beans
  • Tempura Asparagus with Aioli
  • Potato Pea and Asparagus salad with Salsa Verde
  • Italian Salad with chargrilled asparagus and toasted almonds

The evening is a combination of demonstration and hands on participation.

We will finish with meal of all the dishes we have made and you will go home with a comprehensive set of recipes.
