Course Details

On this evening course we will cook up some of our festive favourites that are perfect for Christmas entertaining.

On the menu will be some delicious canapés and sweet treats, such as -

  • Matt's famous mince pies
  • Rye crackers with beetroot and horseradish
  • Christmas rolls
  • Mini pavlova
  • Rarebit croquettes with chilli jam

As with all our classes there will be lots of hands on cooking and you will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the recipes at home.
