This evening class will show the secrets of how to recreate authentic easy to make Chinese dishes at home.
We will show you how to prepare traditional Chinese dishes, with natural flavourings. How to use Bamboo Shoots, Water Chestnuts and Tofu. What are the essential Chinese store cupboard ingredients and where to buy them.
We will all prepare a delicious supper of dishes such as:
Sweet Spicy Aubergine
Black Bean Tofu with Peppers
Egg Fried Rice
Szechuan Greens with garlic
The evening will be a combination of demonstrations and hands-on cookery. The evening will finish with supper which you will have created, all served with organic wines or juices. You will be given a pack of recipes so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
Time: 6.30pm - 9.00pm
