Loved it - very tasty. Seemingly easy to make. Interesting flavours.

I thought it was all tasty and it tasted healthy - I don't think I could buy take-away again!

I thought our tutor Lydia was exceptionally friendly, yet very informative. I would be very happy to go on one of her courses again.

Really engaging and friendly and informative about Chinese culture of cooking and eating too

Very enthusiastic and excellent at explaining and inspiring.
