The recipes and flavours of Turkey are vibrant, fresh and colourful-sunshine on a plate. This course will give you an introduction to the key ingredients used in Turkish cookery including spices, pulses, fresh herbs, vegetables and pickles. Turkish cookery uses the best seasonal vegetables and abundant herbs with spices such as cumin, Allepo chilli, paprika and lemon.

The day will include lots of hands on cookery as well as some demonstrations and knife skills. We will finish with a delicious meal, enjoy the food you will have cooked.
You will receive a folder of recipes and a guide to essential ingredients and where to buy them to give you all you need to cook the dishes at home.
