All of the recipes are versatile and specially designed to be nutritionally balanced and delicious too. 

We will discuss "free-from" diets such as dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free, to help you decide if they are right for you.

We will show you how to achieve a free-from diet in a healthy way with a dietary plan, delicious easy to make recipes and lots of tips, which will help you stay healthier and happier in the long term.

You will make a selection of dishes such as:

  • Revitalising Green Smoothie
  • Buckwheat Blinis
  • Kale and Cavolo Nero Crisps
  • Energy Balls
  • Super Soups
  • Green Pea Carbonara with Kelp Noodles
  • Veg Wraps with Baked Falafels
  • Vegan Rice Pudding

This class will give you the recipes, skills and essential nutritional information for planning your new healthy lifestyle with lots of practical advice on how to maintain a good for you diet throughout the year.

At the end of the day you will take home a dietary plan and pack of recipes.
