In this practical nutrition class our resident nutritionist Monika Jakiel-Rusin will teach the basics of a healthy balanced vegetarian diet. Whether you're ready to try something new or need to get back to basics, Monika will support your endeavours with valuable information about making well-informed dietary choices.

Course Details

In this class you will learn about:

  • the basics of healthy balanced eating
  • essential nutrients for your daily diet
  • how dietary factors affect our physical and mental well-being
  • how you can make your food shopping trips more enjoyable, affordable, and healthy

You will also learn to make delicious and healthy meals to help get you through a busy day. 

Monika will share ideas for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and dessert - and we'll taste the food as we go along! 

For ongoing inspiration, you will take home a packet with these recipes and the nutrition information discussed.
