In celebration of the Great Bath Feast, come and join Michel Lemoine from the Bistro La Barrique for a taste of France cooking demonstration.
Michel has been a Bath restauranter for over 10 years at No5 and now at Bistro Barrique which specialises in tapas-french style. Before he moved west, he worked for the Roux Brothers, Alistair Little in Frith Street and then for Simon Hopkinson at Bibendum.He has also been a regular on TV, appearing on Great Food Live and his recipes can be found on their website.
He will be demonstrating his favourite meat-free dishes from Bistro la Barrique.
