The sun may not be out but the food will be summery. The course is aimed at making food that can be cooked in the garden or can be packed up and eaten outside.
We will weather permitting stoke up the barbecue and cook chermoula marinated haloumi kebabs, tasty bean burgers with a sweet chilli relish, smoky aubergine rolls, artichoke bissara, spinach & feta filo parcels, cook a huge crusty Spanish paella for everyone to share, potato tortilla to slice and eat cold, make lots of different fillings for wraps and breadless sandwiches!
For dessert individual strawberry tarts or grilled pineapple with a mango and chilli sorbet and a bottle of ice-cold cava.
