Chantal Coady, founder of Rococo Chocolates, is the ultimate chocolate connoisseur, passionate about chocolate and always looking to raise a smile with her quirky approach to the delicate art of the chocolatier.

Chantal will enthral you with her history of chocolate, how chocolate is made from the raw bean with her “World’s smallest chocolate factory”
Then will teach you the fundamentals of working with and appreciating good chocolate, making ganache, the art of chocolate tempering and how to make sublime chocolate truffles.
This day will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on.
Unfortunately this course is NOT suitable for VEGANS.
The course costs £150 per person
The course will include a seasonal lunch with organic wine, chocolate tasting and recipes and chocolates to take home.
