cook “healthy” quick meals? That taste good enough to impress your friends.
full of tips and ideas for cooking a balanced and varied vegetarian diet on a
budget this course will cover:
- knife skills
- key vegetarian ingredients and how
to get the best from them
- simple time saving cookery techniques
- lots of ideas for storage,
saving time and money
During the evening we will prepare a variety of
our favourite dishes from around the World. Learn how to make:
- Tasty pasta dishes
- Stir fries
- Quick snacks
This course is aimed at young people from 16-20
who are keen to learn new skills. No experience is necessary and each
participant will receive a Student Survival kit of recipes to take home.
