You will learn all about foods and natural remedies that can help your body cleanse, alongside some healthy gut and liver supporting recipes. She will also explore and demystify the process of detoxification in the body.
Lucy will discuss how you can work towards a balanced diet for 2018 – we will look at what “healthy eating” really means by breaking down the health trends and explore what a healthy eating plan might look like for you. We will all cook a wholesome beetroot soup, a nourishing vegetable tagine, learn how you can make a quick and easy fermented salsa for gut health and some tasty snacks and smoothies full of health-giving goodies.
