Course Details

We will show you how to make Instagram-worthy food with the best and latest vegan ingredients.

Dishes you may be making on this course include recipes such as:

  • Beetroot Aduki Bean Burgers with Polenta Chips
  • TLT - Tempeh, Lettuce and Tomato with Gram Flour Mayo
  • Spicy Pulled Jackfruit Tacos with Avocado Mash and Salsa
  • Sticky Cauliflower Bites
  • Decadent Macaroni Cheese
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream
  • Doughnuts

The course involves a mixture of demonstrations, knife skills and hands-on cookery, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer your cooking questions.

The chefs will give tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.

There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of foodie conversation, tasting and sitting down to enjoy lunch. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack so you can replicate the dishes at home.

About the tutor

Helen is Demuths co-owner and Head Chef. She has led the teaching at the school for 8 years having previously been Head Chef at Demuths restaurant, a post she filled for 5 years. She is a trained chef and has trained in classical French cooking and is now an expert in Vegan cookery training, also an expert in knife skills and chefs tips. She enjoys the creativity of plant-based and vegan cooking, lifting vegetables to the central position, they deserve in our diets.
