Catherine a.k.a Wildings Vegan Kitchen completed our Level 2 course in 2019 and returned this year for our Level 3 course.
In March, Helen visited Catherine in sunny North Wales to see how she was getting on and to help out with one of her supper clubs.
After a windy walk on the local beach they got to cooking. The menu was an Indian-inspired feast featuring samosas, dosa and shrikhand and everyone loved it!
