New Tasting Menu at Demuths Restaurant

Lightly Spiced Chocolate Ganache

Richard Buckley, our fabulous head chef at Demuths Restaurant, has recently introduced a new taster menu offered on Tuesday nights in May: seven courses for £35. The menus are designed to showcase our best local and ethical produce, and also gives our chefs a chance to push themselves to their limits.

And push themselves they have. Here's a sample of some of the beautiful dishes they've created:
