Cavolo Nero with Sesame Seeds

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sunflower, sesame or rapeseed oil
- 250g Cavalo Nero, destalked and roughly shredded
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- a little boiling water
Method:
- Heat the wok or large pan and add the oil.
- Add the cavalo nero and stir-fry until the cavolo nero has softened, after a couple of minutes add a little boiling water to the cavolo nero so that the cavolo nero steams as you stir-fry.
- After a couple of minutes the cavolo nero will change to an intense green colour.
- Now add the sesame seeds, quickly stir fry and serve at once.
