We had a productive day last Friday baking bread with Tom Herbert of Hobb's House Bakery at the Vegetarian Cookery School. We made Focaccia, Soda Bread, Sourdough, Pizza Dough and Pita Bread. It was hard work, and by the end of the day we were sore from all the kneading, rolling and baking. But it was so worth it! A delicious, rewarding day with one of UK's best bakers. Thanks, Tom. Looking forward to seeing you in 2012.
