Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Whilst the dates & prices for the courses are correct at the time of going to press Demuths Cookery School reserves the right to make alterations to dates, times, course content & prices.

Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.

Amendments to bookings for one day, half day and evening classes may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the class and for five and ten day courses 60 days prior to the start of the course. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days (60 days for longer classes and diplomas) before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. We regret that the course fees will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings. For longer course bookings we suggest taking out travel insurance in case you have to cancel at short notice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of booking. Demuths Cookery School is not liable for any missed communications regarding the course.

Refunds are not available on Gift Voucher purchases, nor can Gift Vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Any refund is subject to a 5% fee to cover the associated processing costs.

Any discounts or promotional offers run by Demuths Cookery School are not able to be retrospectively applied to existing bookings. Any discounts or promotional offers run by Demuths Cookery School are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If through unavoidable circumstances Demuths Cookery School has to cancel a course, all course fees will be refunded in full or if you wish, transferred to another course. We will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance, such as travel and accommodation.

If you have an allergy or food intolerance, it is your responsibility to tell us in advance. Our Kitchens are 100% vegetarian and vegan, but are not gluten free or nut free.
