Coriander and Mint Chutney

You can't have a dosa without chutney! Well, you can...but we don't recommend it. This easy-to-make chutney is fantastic with all sorts of Indian dishes. 

Coriander and Mint Chutney

Dietary: Vegan 

Serves: 8 

Ingredients: 

  • 100g fresh coriander 
  • 50g fresh mint 
  • 3-4 hot green chillies 
  • 1 tsp ground cumin 
  • pinch of asafoetida 
  • 2 tbsps lime juice 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 120ml water   

Method: 

Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor to a smooth thick dip.
