Join us for a relaxing Summer weekend cooking plant-based dishes with the freshest local produce.
Enjoy making creative vegan dishes that are stunning to look at and delicious to eat.
All of our dishes are made from the best of what’s in season, be they our own garden produce, wild food or vegetables from one of our fantastic suppliers, Eades and Castle Farm.
You will learn how to make vegan cheeses, aqua faba, how to smoke, how to ferment, and how to make the most of unusual vegan ingredients.
The menu will be specially created and we will cook both savoury and sweet on each day.
We will also focus on unusual store cupboard ingredients, how to achieve a balanced vegan diet and chefs tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations, knife skills and hands-on cookery in small groups, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your vegan cooking questions.
There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of conversation, tasting, fun and lunch with vegan organic wine. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack.
Times: 10-4.30 on Saturday and 10-4.00 on Sunday.
