We will give you top tips on how to replace eggs and dairy in your recipes, showing you how to make the lightest sponge cakes and luxurious treats. Introduce you to aquafaba and show you how to make vegan meringues and lighten up your baking.
Learn some fundamental recipes that will enable you to go home and feel confident to make a whole variety of different flavoured vegan bakes.
We will make recipes such as:

- - Sticky Toffee Pudding
- - Cinnamon Rolls
- - Raspberry Almond Frangipane Tarts
- - Aquafaba Meringues
- - Chocolate Avocado Mousse
- - Blueberry and Lime drizzle Cake
We will also focus on great flavour combinations and variations and chefs tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery in small groups, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your vegan baking questions.
There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of conversation, tasting, fun and a savoury lunch with vegan organic wine. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack.
