Eating Alfresco is something most of us wait all winter for, and as soon as the sun is out, there is nothing nicer than sitting outside with a plate or lunch box of something fresh and delicious. Whether it's a BBQ supper, lunch in the garden, or a properly planned picnic, we have plenty of dishes to make eating outside a real joy.
We love to get the charcoal out and start grilling. However it can often be tricky to get the veggie options right, so we have lots of delicious vegetable dishes that we think would make fantastic BBQ solutions for those occasions.
Expect to make dishes such as:
- Picnic Vegetable Tarts
- Jerk Halloumi or Tempeh Kebabs
- Paneer Tikka skewers
- Persian Spiced Cauliflower ‘Steaks’
- Griddled Asparagus
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations, knife skills and hands-on cookery in small groups, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your cooking questions. The course takes place in our kitchens.
There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of conversation, tasting, fun and lunch with vegan organic wine. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack.
