This workshop focuses on helping you make the most of a weekly organic vegbox.
The evening is open to anyone and each month we use the very best seasonal vegetables.
You’ll learn new skills and recipes, pick up hints and tips for getting the most from a vegbox, find out more about the benefits of lovely organic produce and get to know other people with the same interests.
The evening combines chef demonstrations with hands-on work, including learning the knife skills that make chopping veg a breeze!
We use our favourite seasonal vegetables and the star vegetable will be English asparagus from the Riverford Farm to create a range of delicious vegetarian dishes.
The evening ends with eating all that we have made, accompanied by organic wine or soft drinks. You also take home a pack of the recipes covered during the course.
