This Raw Food course with Colette will take you through how easy and quick it is to incorporate delicious recipes that are raw and will hopefully make you more energised and healthy.

Course Details

Choosing to eat more raw food is an exiting and tasty way of getting nutrient dense living food into you body. Raw food can make you feel brighter and lighter. It's easy to make and perfect for those who prefer a dairy and wheat free diet.

On the day we will make dishes such as:

  • Nut mylkes and butters
  • Sauces and pesto
  • Pizza with walnut and pepper pesto and nut cheese
  • Wraps
  • Lasagne
  • Pad Thai
  • Chocolate brownies with caramel topping and ice cream
  • Lime and macadamia cheesecake
  • A selection of raw truffles.

We will snack on raw treats, eat a healthy raw lunch and have raw goodies to take home. You will receive a comprehensive recipe pack so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

This course is taught by Colette Woods who also teaches our gluten free classes. She is an experienced chef and cooked for Peter Gabriel at Real World Studios. Colette has found that eating Raw food and cutting wheat out of her diet has greatly improved her health.
