Advanced raw is for anyone wanting to take their raw food repertoire a little further and learn raw chocolate skills and much more.
On the day we will be making raw tempered chocolate which we will turn into a delicious range of bars, truffles and filled chocolates. We will cover raw sauce making, which you will find invaluable for so many different recipes. We will also make savoury pastry as well as bread and fermented cheese.

We will snack on raw treats, eat a healthy raw lunch and have raw goodies to take home. You will receive a comprehensive recipe pack so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
This course is taught by Colette Woods who also teaches our gluten free classes. She is an experienced chef and cooked for Peter Gabriel at Real World Studios. Colette has found that eating Raw food and cutting wheat out of her diet has greatly improved her health.
