Course Details
Learn to cook satisfying, healthy and vibrant mid-week meals, that are quick to make after a busy day at work.
We will cook simple supper dishes over the course of the evening with tips and chefs time-saving tricks that will help you plan and prepare a weeks worth of cooking in advance. We will cover techniques which will save time and improve your kitchen skills and cook a variety of delicious, quick dishes.
On the menu will be dishes such as:
- Miso Glazed Aubergines with Kale, Red Onion and Pumpkin Seeds
- Roasted Squash with Chickpeas and Herby Freekeh
- Cauliflower, Leek and Kale Fritters with Tahini Sauce
- Quinoa with Seasonal Vegetables and Salsa Verde
Dishes and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
